Because we are an Outlet, we cannot guarantee that a particular brand or model will always be in stock.

No. That's one of the biggest differences between shopping at an Outlet and a traditional mattress store. When an Outlet mattress sells, we don't simply order another one to replace it. New inventory is constantly coming in, but we can't guarantee that we'll receive the same brand, model, construction or feel again. Our mattress inventory changes frequently as new shipments arrive throughout the year. Mattresses are typically delivered to our stores by semi-truck directly from the factory in varying quantities, often with approximately 100 pieces per shipment. Because inventory and availability can change quickly, the selection of mattresses, models, sizes, and quantities may vary from day to day.

Yes. We encourage you to come in, lie down on the mattresses and compare different feels before making a decision. Our team is available to answer questions without making the process high-pressure.

We commonly carry Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King, along with specialty sizes such as RV Short Queen. Because Outlet inventory changes, available sizes vary.

Yes. Roughly 93% of the mattresses we carry are compatible with adjustable bases. If you already have an adjustable base, we can help you find a mattress that works with it. We also carry adjustable bases if you're looking to purchase a complete sleep system.

Yes! All mattresses that are on display at Mattress Outlet are available for pickup. Availability varies by mattress and size. We also offer delivery options in Billings.

Yes. For deliveries within Billings city limits, we currently offer drop-off at your door, delivery with setup, and delivery with setup and removal of your old mattress.

Mattress Outlet currently offers exchanges for a $99 fee, provided the mattress meets the stated condition requirements, including being free of stains, odors, tears and scuffs. Customers should confirm the current exchange terms before purchasing.

Yes. Mattress Outlet offers financing and payment options to help customers spread out the cost of their purchase. Current options include Affirm, Koalafi and Wells Fargo, subject to their respective terms and approval requirements.

Sometimes. We have access to many name brands and will do what we can to locate a particular mattress. However, Outlet inventory is constantly changing, so we cannot guarantee that a specific model will be available or that we will be able to get it again.

Mattress Outlet prices are so low to help you save money that most of our mattresses are picked up. However, we offer three types of delivery service: $49 drop off, $69 delivery with set up, $89 delivery, set up, and removal of the old mattress.
